Carrier Warranty Information

Parts & Labor

Coverage on both parts and eligible labor, so repairs performed in the coverage period are provided free of charge.

Labor Only

Coverage for all labor associated with equipment repair, with several coverage period options; no coverage for parts.

Parts Only

10 years of coverage for all Carrier parts used for equipment repair, but no coverage for any related labor fees.

Please note that proper installation, operation and maintenance (as described in the equipment owner's manual) are required for warranty coverage to remain effective. Repairs as a result of rust, physical damage, acts of God, or inconsistent or inadequate electrical service may fall outside the warranty coverage.
