Good bye old friend:
Our Carrier unit served us well for years but it was obviously getting a little tired. It was time to start looking for a replacement unit. 3 of my relatives installed new Carrier furnaces and air conditioning units within the past 5 or 6 years. All were very pleased with the equipment. That confirmed my decision to stay with Carrier.
When I called to check the age of my a/c unit the person put me on hold for a few minutes. She said that it took her a while to research the serial number. She confirmed that it was more than 30 years old. I should have asked just how old. I decided to keep the serial number plate as a souvenir. Guess I'm set for the next 30 or so years!

It might not snow in Southern California, but it does get pretty chilly at night. When it was time for a new central heating system, the choice was simple-another Carrier. Only the best will do for my babies!

Dear Carrier,
After 20 years in the house, the 35 year old Carrier unit had very little maintenance done to it. When replacing my Carrier furnace I thought it was time to replace the air conditioner also. Why wait for it to break down. So I did.

I purchased my new Carrier system because my favorite heating and cooling repair man recommended it. I believe they are a good product.
Thanks!

Dear Carrier,
When Chad Pfund from Boettner Heating and Air Conditioning came to service our furnace and told us we needed a new one, we didn't argue. Our Carrier furnace and air conditioner have served us well for many years, and we wanted to continue with the best money could buy. So we purchased the Infinity system with your new control.
I asked Chad if there were any specials, and he told me that your Cool Cash program had just been discontinued but he would check on other promotions. Within a couple days, Dave Fonda, the owner of Boettner gave us a call and told us about a $100 rebate on our old air conditioner. While it wasn't the $1,000 we would have received from Cool Cash, it was better than nothing at all.
Sincerely,
—Charles B.

We moved into our home 10 years ago. The original heating and cooling equipment was still being used-a Carrier 3 phase system. This house was built in 1970. Just this summer this system started to leak and could not be repaired. I began looking around, obtaining estimates, talking with contractors, researching on the internet in order to determine the best available unit for our home. If I was going to spend that much money I wanted it to be the best buy for my money! Everywhere I went and everyone I talked to always ended up saying that Carrier was known to be the best. When I started assembling all of my information in order to make my final decision I kept going back to the fact that the unit we were replacing had lasted for almost 35 years! Now that just kind of spoke for itself! That fact sold me on going with a new Carrier unit-and I have not regretted it for one second! It has worked beautifully and even more efficiently than our previous model. I know I made the right decision in going with a Carrier!
Sincerely,
—Holly K., Montgomery, AL

After purchasing a Carrier Cooling System in 1972, we enjoyed cool comfort in our home for many years with very little maintenance.
When the time came to buy another system in July of 2004, Carrier was recommended once again and I've been truly satisfied with this one's performance also.
Respectfully,
Alydda B.

Since my Carrier Air Conditioner was installed in 1966 and was still working good, I had to install another Carrier unit.
Sincerely,
