When it came time to purchase a new furnace and air conditioning system, I didn't think twice about the brand. My old one was a Carrier and I had to replace it with a Carrier. My dad always said that Carrier is the best and I have many neighbors that agree. I am now a proud owner of a top of the line Carrier System once again.

When I decided to replace the above Carrier gas furnace which is about 37 years old with a newer more efficient furnace I chose Carrier since the previous furnace has been an extremely reliable with very few repairs needed. It's been a great product and I am sure the new one will be also.

I chose to go with another Carrier Central Air unit because I was very pleased with my last unit.

Thank you very much.

I have decided to purchase another Carrier unit because the unit I replaced was over 30 years old. If I can get 30 years out of the new unit, I will be very happy. Another reason I purchased a Carrier was because of the Puron® Refrigerant. The other brand that I looked at in the package units did not have this. I felt this was very important. In addition, I received a 10 parts and labor warranty, which was double the other brand. I am very satisfied with my decision to go with Carrier, again!!

After 30 years of trouble-free service, we decided it was time to replace our old Carrier air conditioning system with an energy efficient, Carrier Puron model. We considered no other brand, because we understand and trust Carrier's reliability.

We have just replaced our 30+ year old Carrier Air Conditioner with another Carrier Air conditioner unit and proudly submit the enclosed picture of my husband, Al, and myself. I am also enclosing the original plate bearing the model and serial number. We could not completely read the serial number which you requested and believe this should be proof of purchase. We are most appreciative of the $100 rebate and are happy to give the following testimonial.

Our 30+ year old Carrier unit was still going strong after all these years. The only reason we replaced it was that our G.E. furnace of 45 years had suddenly started making strange noises and since we were replacing the furnace (with a Carrier unit, I might add), we decided it would be wise to replace the a/c at the same time. We anticipate that the new units will serve us as well as the old.

Sincerely,
—Dorothy F., Annandale, VA

The first Carrier air conditioner lasted over 30 yrs, with no problems. So I tried another one. I hope its as good.

On December 23rd of 2004 we purchased a new central Carrier Air Conditioner and also a new gas furnace. Our old Air Conditioner was installed when the house was built in 1970 and was still running fine.

Our present unit was a 3 piece system, and since we were replacing the gas furnace it only made sense to get a much more efficient Air Conditioning unit at the same time. The choice of brand was Carrier. Since we have lived in the house 8 years, we never had a service call on the unit. The brand choice was an easy decision.

Sincerely,
—William and Jeanette S., Gainesville, FL

I replaced my old Carrier HVAC with a new Carrier system. It's hard to replace a Carrier with a Trane.

Very truly yours,

Enclosed is a photo of our 3 year old daughter with our "old reliable" Carrier unit. As best as we could determine, this unit was installed as a retrofit in our home sometime in the early 1970's. We bought the house in 1999 and have had routine checks done on the unit twice. On both occasions no additional work was performed, just some routine cleaning.

We are the second owners of our 45 year old home and have made many improvements over the last 6 years. One improvement we have been waiting to make is an upgrade in the Air Conditioning system. Well, we got tired of waiting for our Carrier to die. We "pulled the trigger" on a new system this winter

Based on the overall condition of the mechanicals in our house, I suspect that the old Carrier unit didn't see much TLC over its life. It never missed a beat. It wasn't a difficult decision to replace it with another Carrier.

Thank you.

Over the last several years, we have remodeled our house from top to bottom, putting in more efficient appliances as we went. So it ws only natural that we decided to replace our 30 year old Carrier furnaces once we got to our basement project. We had been very pleased with the reliability and service we got from our furnaces in the past. After comparing features and value among other leading brands, we felt confident in choosing Carrier again. And with the money that we will be saving on our energy bills with our high efficiency furnaces, I'm sure we will find something else in our house to update.

Sincerely,
—Robert A.

So thankful to have the Carrier Heat Pump so many years, it lasted long and just the time to start to fail functioning I decided to replace the new one and hopefully with the new technology the manufacturer will build the equipments more efficiency and with competition then it will bring the cost down and every family can afford to have it in their home.

Carrier the name we can trust and that is the bottom line.

Owner,
—Kim T.

The Carrier unit which we turned in had served us faithfully and well for the last 42 years we have lived with it, and it was 8 years old when we inherited it.

It made sense to us to install another Carrier. We were most pleased with its long service.

Here is a photo of me and my old Carrier furnace. The unit was original with the house. We bought our house (first house) in late 2004. We decided to upgrade to increase energy efficiency. The first unit went about 40 years so it made sense to buy another Carrier.

In September of 1972, I had a Carrier Model 38GR Air Conditioning unit installed in my new home.

In the 33 years of use I had 2 service calls on this unit. The first call was due to a malfunction of the p/c board. The second call was due to my home being struck by lightning.

On March 24, 2005 I had my 33 year old unit replaced with a new 38TXA030-3 along with a new Infinity Gas Heating system.

With no major problems, it was a no brainer to replace my old Carrier with a new one, and I am sure I will enjoy the same success and comfort for a number of years to come.

Thanks,
—Robert W. A., Greensboro, NC

Carrier is the first name in air conditioning – even I know that! So when our old Carrier system started to fade (after 30 years of reliability), my wife and I knew our only option was to get another Carrier: one 4-ton unit to cool the lower level of the house and another 3.5 ton beauty for the upstairs. State-of-the-art from top to bottom (complete with programmable thermostats that activate at set temperatures), this new Carrier home comfort system will keep us happy a long, long time. Thanks, Carrieryou're cool!

Sincerely,
—Chuck T., Beverly Hills, CA
