I purchased my new Carrier furnace and air conditioner from Erv Ehlers Heating and Cooling because I wanted peace of mind in knowing my house will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. My old Carrier units functioned quietly and performed well. Also, my air conditioner was much quieter than my neighbor's newer units.

In the time I owned the units, the furnace never needed repair and only 2 occasions where the air conditioner required service. There is no choice but Carrier.

"I am a Carrier woman!"

When we built our home in 1976, we had Sunset Air install a Carrier furnace and heat pump, and both have been keeping my family warm and cool for 31 years without ever breaking down. With new technology and my desire for a "state-of-the-art" air purifier, I talked to Steve W. at Sunset Air and had a new Infinity furnace with air purifier and heat pump installed on 4/03/07. I am so pleased with it, my air is so clean and fresh and it has been 24 days now and I haven't had to dust!! The Infinity controls are smaller yet the numbers are large and very easy to read and operate. My photo is of the new heat pump as they took the old away before I could get a photo of myself with it.

My house had a Carrier heat pump which we used mostly for air conditioning, and it worked great for over 30 years. Our old Carrier only required periodic maintenance and never needed any repairs. I was happily surprised to see how long my old Carrier furnace and air conditioner has lasted and so were my friends. It was therefore and easy decision to replace these units with another set of Carrier units. Some of my friends and relatives had also replaced their old systems with the new Carrier Infinity system and they seem to be quite happy. The Infinity system is reputed to have very good efficiency, is quieter, and the furnace is smaller in size. The thermostat also has several useful functions. I hope this system lasts as long and does as well and you guys are around to service the units.

Why wouldn't I buy a new Carrier AC unit! My old one was installed in the summer of 1973. During the years while I owned it I had one service call on it. That is as reliable as you can get.
