...enclosed are pictures of the old Carrier Unit, which was about 40 years old when it was replaced in November of 2007. Until the time of replacement, the original Carrier furnace performed impeccably and I don’t recall it needing any service at all in all that time. I would not have considered any other brand at all for replacement given the reliable and quality performance of my original Carrier Unit.

My old system only required 2 service calls in the 20 years that we were in the house. Both were for electrical connections external to the A/C unit. I hope to have the same superior operation on my new unit for the next 30+ years.

The units in my home have been here since 1975 when my husband and I moved into our house. People have been telling me that it is about time that we get a new system.
