I want to congratulate you on the exceptional quality of your products. Attached is a picture of me behind my Carrier air conditioner that was installed new in 1972. This unit has served me for 35 years with virtually no trouble. I can remember only one time, about 5 years ago, during an annual checkup, when the serviceman said it needed some Freon and added some.
