Knowing the model numbers of your Carrier products will help you better troubleshoot any problems, and will make it easier for your expert Carrier dealer to provide service.
In addition to being listed in your owner's manual or other paperwork that came with your Carrier product, the model number is also posted directly on your unit. Here's how to find it:
You can find the model number listed on a "rating plate" sticker affixed to the unit above the back-seated service valve connections.
Remove the front door and look at the upper-left side of the unit. You can find the model number listed on a "rating plate" sticker affixed to the inside of the unit.
If you have a different Carrier product, look for a "rating plate" sticker on the unit. And of course, if you are unable to find your model number, you can always call your expert Carrier dealer for assistance.
