2011 President's Award Spotlight

Carrier Corp. proudly presents the 2011 President’s Award to Total Temperature Control. Through their professionalism and high level of customer service, Total Temperature Control truly exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding contractor.

My name is John J. Ambrosino. I am proud to be the President of Total Temperature Control, Inc. Celebrating our 21ST year anniversary, in 1990, Total Temperature Control, Inc. was created after 15 years of combined service and engineering experience. This first generation family-owned company is a known leader in the Greater New England area for the heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing industry. To reach this level takes hard work and dedication throughout our staff; we provide training seminars weekly at our main training facility at 39 West Water Street along with 200A Water Street located in Wakefield or our newest location in Peabody. Our goal is to supply the highest quality products, installation and service for residential, commercial and institutions sectors.

We start with our highly trained technicians to take on the challenge of servicing all your needs. Our intense training in keeping up with new and state-of-the-art technology has made us a Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD) for Carrier. Combine this with over 100 years experience collectively with our management design team for a unique approach to resolving problems.

While meeting the highest standards in the HVAC/R and plumbing industry, Total Temperature Control, Inc. has been certified by the North American Technician Excellence, Inc., (NATE). We specialize in the older, sometimes historical facilities and homes. We were featured on the PBS show, “This Old House” published in their November, 2000 magazine issue of “This Old House.” We were featured on the PAX show, “TV Close-up News” as one of the innovative businesses of 2005 as well as the Bob Vila’s TV show, “Home Again”. Recently, we won, the 2011 Carrier President’s Award. Total Temperature Control, Inc. is proud to be the recipient of the 2010 and 2011 Carrier President’s Award. Also, we are the 2010 recipient of Carrier’s New England Outstanding Performance Award winner for residential equipment. The President’s Award is an annual award to a select group of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers who achieve high scores on a set of criteria established each year by the Carrier brand. We are the only contractor ever to win in New England 2 years and back to back awards.
