Summa’s Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. is a vision realized by its owner, Scott Summa, entering the HVAC field as an installer at the age of 19. Mr. Summa realized shortly thereafter what an asset to the community his belief in customer service, extensive technical knowledge, and fair business practice could be. With hard work and sacrifice Scott made the step from skilled technician to business owner.
In 2001, Summa’s Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. was born. Through careful planning and much personal sacrifice Summa’s has grown consistently since. With this growth, Scott has not lost sight of his original vision of uncompromised customer service. In 2004, Scott Summa made the choice to become a Factory Authorized Dealer. Relatively small in comparison to other Central Florida dealers, Summa’s looks for a personal relationship with both customers and contractors alike. With continued growth, these personal relationships should never be compromised. Concentrating on each customer’s individual needs is what sets Summa’s apart from its competition. Utilizing NATE certified technicians, repair or replacement of the customers’ equipment is presented with a “no pressure” approach. “We are trained technicians. Our job is to repair, but once replacement is a more cost effective option, we will certainly provide the consumer with the best value to fit their budget. After all, honesty is the best policy,” comments Mr. Summa.
