Carrier is proud to present the 2007 President's Award to Noakes Heating & Air. At Noakes, our primary focus is on improving the quality of life for our internal and external customers. From the products that we offer to processes we use to deliver them, we are ever climbing for the rising goal of exceeding our customer's expectations.

Now in it's third generation of ownership, Noakes has transitioned from a commercial refrigeration company, to a residential service and add-on-replacement company. Through the years, we have differentiated ourselves through the level of service that we provide. "It's a unique feeling when we replace a 30 year old Carrier system that my dad installed for a homeowner," according to Jay DeBoer, now the President and General Manager.

Our growth and success can be attributed to our dedicated customers and employees. From the office to the customers' home, we work hard to deliver the service and workmanship that Noakes has been known for over the years.

President's Award winners will serve as role models for their fellow Carrier dealers nationwide. Customer care is a vital aspect in any business. Brody-Pennell is now recognized as a role model for all HVAC professionals.
