Spotlight on Alro Heating & Cooling

Carrier is proud to present the 2007 President's Award to Alro Heating & Cooling. Terry Rosenstrauch has been running Alro Heating and Cooling for over 35 years. Alro Heating and Cooling has installed over 10,000 air conditioners and furnaces in St. Louis homes for the last 54 years. Terry's dad Alfred Rosenstrauch, the "Old Sarge", started the business and Terry has kept that family tradition alive with great service and low prices. Terry says, "if you join Alro's Army we will take care of you!"

Terry consistently strives to give customers the most for their money while making them comfortable in their homes. Our technicians do our installing and that really helps with integrating the new sophisticated equipment into older homes. We specialize in residential replacement issues. Our biggest effort is to make sure customers have enough return air to accomplish complete comfort. Many homes don't have sufficient return air to get the job done. Winning this award is the fulfillment of a lifetime of hard work and diligence to our profession.

President's Award winners will serve as role models for their fellow Carrier dealers nationwide. Customer care is a vital aspect in any business. Brody-Pennell is now recognized as a role model for all HVAC professionals.
